Getting To Know You
Over the last few weeks and months, I have had the pleasure to talk to many of our former classmates from Childress High School's Class of 1963. Jennifer and I have shared so many topics with you since August and it has been so much fun to tell you about ourselves and to share pictures and stories with you. The stories and comments have entertained us and hopefully we have entertained you. This new blog which we have connected to our main blog "Reflections on the Way We Were" has been created to give us a special space to be able to share information about ourselves with everyone as we "show and tell" the things that make us who we are today. Recently, as we have spent time with you on the phone or spent time exchanging emails, we realize as never before that everyone has a special story to tell about our lives over the last many years since we left Childress High School. If you will tell us a bit or alot about yourself through email, we will create a place for you on this blog along with any pictures past and/or present that you will send us. Jennifer calls this our "yearbook" for 2008 and you have the opportunity to "show and tell" what you want known about you and your family. We can't wait! I think we are entering into a really special important time and taking a real step toward getting to know each other again.
